Es la revista de la Maestría en Ciencia Política con énfasis en Paz e Integración de la Universidad Católica de Colombia en convenio con la Università degli Studi di Salerno (Italia). Es una publicación seriada, se edita semestralmente, de acceso abierto, arbitrada e indexada, en donde se publican artículos científicos inéditos que constituyan hallazgos originales de investigación de autores nacionales y extranjeros ajenos a la entidad editora&nbsp;en temáticas de las Ciencias Políticas, con un enfoque intercultural centrado en la realidad latinoamericana, caribeña y con atención al mundo ibérico.</p> <p align="justify">Cultura Latinoamericana se publica semestralmente y está dirigida a la comunidad académica y profesional internacional que actúa en el ámbito de las Ciencias Políticas y Sociales. Ideological relations between intellectuals and the revolutionary leadership in the context of the construction of <br>socialism, as well as in the work of scientific dissemination carried out by <br>the Criterios magazine from the seventies to the nineties and from which <br>theoretical-methodological alternatives are proposed to the Marxist line <br>of thought of Soviet Stalinist orientation that was widely circulated in <br>Cuba during those decades.</p> Yeniselis González Mederos Derechos de autor 0 2021-12-28 2021-12-28 34 2 210 224 AS MANIFESTAÇÕES DO SILÊNCIO EM MIA COUTO <p>Silence is a topic with a great power of attraction, especially in the Western society of the 21st century, where it is always more important to “have to speak at any cost”, “have to say everything” and <br>“have to speak always”, as if they were an explicit way demonstrating a possible equation: to speak <br>= to be valid. Traditional African society travels in the opposite direction. Sticking to the principles <br>of oral tradition, traditional African society, on the contrary, uses the word cautiously in an inverse <br>scale of values, without, however, wasting it. Who speaks less is worth more because it is with an <br>attentive, care and never excessive use of the word that it is possible to establish the place of the <br>sacred, of the art, of the memory, of the affections, of the justice. It is also making full use of the art <br>of silence that it is imaginable to practice the wisdom and open the doors to the great mysteries of <br>life and of the other. The possibility that silence has to be form and object of communication brings <br>it closer to verbal languages, but with the singularity of not sharing their prerogative of “talking <br>about themselves” in explicit and autonomous ways, in relation to a context. In the practice of <br>silence, form and object are one. It is not thinkable to explain, it is not conceivable to narrate and it <br>is not possible to describe the silence with the silence itself. Silence exists, a meaning is given to it, or, <br>more properly, innumerable meanings, depending on the circumstances of the dialogue. However, <br>to evoke, narrate, describe their meanings and their perceptible manifestations, it is necessary to use <br>the clarity of other types of linguistic expression. In this article, are examined some works by the <br>Mozambican writer Mia Couto. The analysis of these works concerns the types of silence important <br>for the weight they have in the unfolding of narrative plots and in the intertwining of discourses. <br>They manifest themselves mainly in four ways, all linked to the African oral tradition: the silence of <br>listening, the silence of pauses and reticence, the desire for silence and the pleasure of listening, the <br>silence in the silence of words.</p> Barbara Gori Derechos de autor 0 2021-12-28 2021-12-28 34 2 226 254 LOS APORTES DE FRANCISCO DE MIRANDA A LA IDENTIDAD INTEGRACIONISTA DE NUESTRAS AMÉRICAS <p>This research highlights the importance of Francisco de Miranda as an authentic <br>thinker, creator of a set of conceptual names of a cultural nature and integrationist <br>identity such as Colombia, Our Americas, Hispanic America and South America, <br>some of which already exist as Our America or South America, but with Miranda <br>would reach a new semantic and pragmatic function of the supranational integrationist identity emancipation, previously not conceived, with transcendence and <br>theoretical historical validity until today. The research considers the information of <br>some Italian newspapers and journals, selected for their ideological leaning: <br>the affiliated organizations of a party, the independent press, printed especially in the North of Italy, and the catholic one. Even if after World War II <br>Italy and Argentina had opposite economic, political, and social contests, they <br>developed some important contact points, not only for their own domestic <br>policies, but also for the international relations.
