El futuro de los derechos humanos y el derecho humano a un futuro en Palestina

Resumen

Reflexionando sobre la experiencia palestina, este artículo analiza los requisitos para garantizar un desarrollo de los derechos humanos que supere el crecimiento de su abuso, permitiéndoles desempeñar un papel en la remodelación del mundo mediante el fomento de procesos emancipadores. Examina el sistema de derechos humanos en el contexto global actual, las advertencias de los derechos humanos, sus limitaciones, su potencial en su contexto histórico, las condiciones actuales y sus perspectivas en cuanto a permitir la emancipación. El artículo afirma que existe base suficiente en los conceptos, el sistema y la historia de los derechos humanos para superar las limitaciones actuales y contrarrestar sus embates mediante su desarrollo posterior sobre una base de solidaridad humana. Semejante transformación puede garantizar un futuro para los derechos humanos en Palestina.
